happy saturday.

another brilliant saturday in Athens started with brunch and coffee on the porch at the Hancock house. the weather could not have been more perfect... i was so content to share it with sweet friends. sitting in the sunshine on the front lawn at 1930 lasted longer than intended.

a trip to Madison was next on our Saturday agenda. it's known as the "prettiest small town in U.S."

victory at last.

After quite the rough start our Dawgs have finally started to pull out some wins. A beautiful fall Saturday between the hedges with best friends, red & black, and a step onto the field.

one rainy saturday night.

boring rainy Saturday.
rock climbing wall closed.
Walmart run.
one friend wheeled around the store like a 10 year old.
sweet camp friends.
delicious dinner.
adventure talk.
games.
political discussions.
desserts downtown.
still raining.
more games.
someone falls out of her chair.
one friend disguises himself beyond recognition.
laughter ... lots of that.
crazy movie... unpredictable.

"out. of. control."

Oh Saturday... hello love!

I absolutely love Saturday afternoons in Athens, especially when I do not have to work! This particular Saturday was filled with sunshine and friends. I met a few friends behind Half Moon to support Adam who will be biking across America this summer to raise money for affordable housing. He was riding his bike stationary behind the shops all day, except for a break for lunch. We went downtown to check out the cultural street fair between 5 Guys and Starbucks. There were some young girls dancing on stage to fun music... Lindsey and Adam couldn't help but join! :) Pizza was next on the agenda and a picnic on North Campus... interrupted by a bubble bee. Chick-fil-a ice cream was a must on such a beautiful day!

My lovely friend Rebekah also came to visit on this day!! We studied at Two Story, cooked spaghetti, watched movies, and went out for a game of spades with Lindsey and Adam!
