My childhood would not be the same without Braves baseball... and the Braves wouldn't be the same without Bobby Cox. Tomahawks and loud cheers filled Turner Field for the last time this season. Such a rich tradition. Finally in the playoffs again, but yet another year that we won't make it to the World Series. There is always next year, but next year means no more Bobby.
We're at the stage of life when everything is changing... so of course the Braves are changing too. A piece of my childhood walked down to the clubhouse last night, never to return. Oh the memories. Thanks Bobby.
