Two Story

The last few weeks of the semester I spent some time in the new coffee shop on South Lumpkin, just down the street from my house! Thanks to Mollie, my study partner, I found Two-Story Coffee House. It is an actual two story house that has been turned into a coffee shop/study spot! The rooms upstairs are perfect for quiet studying and the main floor is great for catching up with friends, drinking coffee/hot tea, or reading! Highly recommended! 

Due

Research paper and project both due on December 1st, day after Thanksgiving Break! I spent Sunday in the library, but made it out by 12am, instead of 2am!!

A Day of Thanks!

Thanksgiving is spent in North Carolina with my mom's side of the family every year. We all made the 8 hour drive, in the good 'ol van, from Jonesboro. It was so good to be with my family over the break. I was only sad that I didn't get to spend more then one night at my parents house. Being in NC is always relaxing b/c my cousins live on a farm way out with not too much going on. 

This Thanksgiving break my lovely professors decided to assign a 15pg. paper and a project, so alot of my time was devoted to that. :(  

Food with the Hancox family is always wonderful! My cousin walked into the room where I was working on my paper and said, "I think I'm gonna go get us a deer for tomorrow." 10 minutes later he was hangin' it up and dressin' it! Thursday morning there was a pig pickin' along with turkey, ham, apple cheese casserole, sausage stuffing, deviled eggs, apple pie, pumpkin roll, cranberry bread, and croissants (with nuetella). :)

When you get older your birthday is just about spending money on your car, tag, and license. But this year after my day of feeling sick, stressin' about a paper & a project, and getting stuff done for my car Sam came to Athens and we went to Atlanta! A fun dinner with great friends! It was our last night to see Casey... the bum who left us for the ski slopes! :)

I traveled to Florida after a stressful week for Brooke's b-day at the beginning of Thanksgiving Break!!!

Planes + limos+ Royal Pacific+ bday dinner+ banana cream pie+ comfy beds+ ferry rides+ Universal Studios+ dancing+ late night convos+ Emeril's coffee+ Islands of Adventure+ bracelets = a great weekend w/ the girls :)

The only plan is...

that we're planning to go!!  :) Auburn weekend was such a great spontaneous trip!! B.'s mom got us a hotel room and from that point everything just fell into place!! It was such a blessing the way our group worked out!! I was so thankful the weekend away!

In Jacksonville, FL for the the game... we didn't play so well. The Gators dominated and their fans were rude and obnoxious! Not the best combination for an enjoyable football experience! It was still a good day with friends! :) 

Don't forget how amazing the game last year turned out!!!

Here Comes the Sun...

Thanks to the C. family we spent fall break in New Smyrna! It was so refreshing! I've decided I want move to the beach!
